The bank requested that the spelling of the buyer’s name be corrected on the RPA and Addendum.  All parties signed the corrections and they have been sent to the bank.  according to the bank, it will take them 3-5 days to get us an approval.

File submitted for approval.  Sale date 1/8.  Negotiator will be contacting us by 1/4 with response or approval.  She will be working on postponing the trustee (foreclosure) sale date as well.
